 Cancellation Policy

- Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing it on sunshine.com.

- After 24 Hours: If you request a refund more than 24 hours after placing the order but before it has been delivered, a transaction fee will apply (2.6% for credit card payments, 3.6% for PayPal, 3.5% for Affirm, 3.3% for Klarna).

- Post-Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled more than 30 days after they have been shipped.

 

 Return Policy

The return service is currently available for orders within the United States only.

- Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.

- Quality Issues: For items with quality issues, we offer a full refund or a one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items.

- Shipping Fees: If you refuse delivery or return items for non-quality issues, shipping fees and transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.

2. Return Instructions: You will receive instructions on how to properly pack and return the products. Ensure all components are included in the package.

- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned items are received at our warehouse.

- Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive the refund within 14 business days, please contact us at support@isunshines.com.
