Warranty

 

  1. Limited Warranty

 

Sunshine Inc. ("Sunshine", "we", "us", or "our") guarantees to the original purchaser that Sunshine products will be devoid of defects in craftsmanship and materials under standard consumer usage during the specified warranty period outlined in the 'Warranty Period' section below. This warranty delineates Sunshine's comprehensive and sole warranty obligation. We do not authorize anyone to assume any other liability on our behalf in connection with the sale of our products.

 

  1. Warranty Period

 

The warranty period commences on the date of purchase by the original purchaser. A valid sales receipt or other reasonable proof of purchase is necessary to establish the start date of the warranty period.

  1. Repair or Replacement

 

Sunshine will repair or replace (at our discretion and expense) any product that fails to function within the warranty period due to defects in workmanship or materials. The repaired or replaced product will carry the remainder of the original warranty period.

 

  1. Non-Transferable Warranty

 

The warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser and is non-transferable to any subsequent owner.

 

  1. Exclusions

 

The warranty does not cover:

- Products misused, abused, altered, damaged by accident, or used for purposes other than standard consumer use as outlined in Sunshine's product literature.

- Products that have undergone unauthorized repairs.

- Items purchased through online auction sites.

- Battery cells unless charged within seven days of purchase and at least once every six months thereafter.

 

  1. Proof of Purchase

 

To make a warranty claim, you must provide:

- A purchase order number from iSunshine.com.

- A sales invoice or order confirmation email displaying the product description, price, and sales channel.

 

  1. Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process

 

- Contact Sunshine Customer Service at support@isunshine.com or [Insert Phone Number] to initiate a warranty claim.

- If eligible for a warranty claim, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Follow the instructions provided to safely pack and return the products.

- Return shipping labels are provided only for packages within the United States. For returns from other regions, contact Sunshine Support for further details.

 

  1. Replacement

 

- Replacement items will be shipped within 15 business days after receipt of the defective item at our warehouse, subject to availability and force majeure conditions.

- The replacement warranty will cover the remaining warranty period of the original item.

 

  1. General Exclusions

 

The warranty does not apply to:

- Non-quality related issues.

- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.

- Purchases without valid proof of purchase.

- Items that have been refunded.

- Items that have expired their warranty period.

- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or operations not in accordance with official instructions.

- Damage from excessive heat, liquids, or external causes.

- Issues caused by unauthorized third-party parts.

- Lost or stolen products.

- Free products.

 

  1. Cross-Regional After-Sales Service

 

Sunshine does not offer a global product warranty. Warranty services are provided at designated Sunshine repair centers. Cross-regional repairs are available at an additional cost, subject to part availability. The customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other costs for cross-regional repairs.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUNSHINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS WARRANTY. SUNSHINE’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

 

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY.

This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights which vary by jurisdiction. The terms of this warranty will apply as permitted by applicable law.
